- JDX is the new HR system designed for creating, managing, and storing job descriptions, (JDs).
- If a JD has been approved in Career Track, it should automatically transfer to JDX. To verify if the JD is in JDX, HR Generalist will search using the position number.
- If the JD is not in JDX, the hiring manager will need to submit the JD to the HR Generalist, who will submit for approval by the Director of Human Resources & Staff Development.
- For a new JD, the hiring manager will need to submit the JD to the HR Generalist, who will submit for approval by the Director of Human Resources & Staff Development and the Compensation Analyst.
- During the approval process, the Director of Human Resources & Staff Development will review the JD to ensure it aligns, working title, pay range, and other relevant factors.
- If the working title needs to be updated, you can refer to the Working Title Standards list for guidance.
- The hiring manager must provide the pay range for the position, as this range will be posted.
